The Janus International Model 1100 series offers an economical solution for commercial applications. With pre-assembled brackets and tensioner, this metal roll-up door is easy to install and designed for durability. It’s wind load rated and built to withstand harsh conditions, making it suitable for coastal areas or extreme weather environments.

- Pre-Assembled: Saves time and money with pre-assembled components.
- Drum Wheel: Utilizes a 9 ½” diameter drum wheel.
- Maximum Opening Size: 10’ wide x 14’ high (140 sq. ft.).
- Operation Options: Push-up, hand chain, and internal electric operations.
- Drive Chain Hoist: Reduced drive chain hoist available in right-hand only.

Wind Load Ratings:
- +24.4 PSF / -27.0 PSF for openings up to 8’8”.
- +19.4 PSF / -22.7 PSF for openings over 8’8” up to 10’0”.
- Compliance: Designed in accordance with ASCE 7-02, the Florida Building Code 2004 with 2006 Supplement, and the International Building Code 2003.
Curtain:
- Material: 26-gauge galvanized corrugated steel, Grade 80 steel.
- Color Options: Over 30 available.
- Finish: Super durable polyester paint coatings for corrosion resistance, wash coat over primer interior side.
Bottom Bar:
- Material: 24-gauge acrylic-coated galvalume roll-formed steel.
- Dimensions: 2” x 1 ½” galvanized angle.
- Seal: Bulb astragal (Durometer 75).
- Fasteners: Stainless steel bolts.
Axle/Torque Tube:
- Drum: 18-gauge, 9 ½” diameter galvanized.
- Bearings: Low friction, grease-filled steel ball bearings in each drum.
- Torque Tube: 26-gauge spiral tubing housing the axle assembly.
Guides:
- Material: 16-gauge galvanized steel.
- Wear Strip: Vinyl.
- Head Stop: Bolt-on, ¼” thick steel.
- Guide Depth: 2 ¼”.
- Pre-Punched: For lock.
- Mounting: Universal jamb mount.
Hardware:
- Locks: Bottom bar mounted 12-gauge slide locks – 2 per door.
